Kim + Grace products are made to order. Because products are produced after an order is placed, product availability, production times, colors, placement, and other product details may vary slightly.

We make every effort to display product images and colors accurately; however, colors may appear differently depending on your device or screen.

Orders

When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on the customer's location.

Payment

Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled.

Made-to-Order Products

Our products are made specifically for each customer after an order is placed. For this reason, orders generally cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect size, color selection, or change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@kimandgrace.com within 30 days of delivery.
